We are an educational website for children from elementary to high school seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Float Customer Service Representatives!
This unique float position offers a revolving schedule, perfect for those seeking varied hours or families looking to earn extra spending money. As a remote worker, you will need to be independent and self-motivated, holding yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision.
Your responsibilities will include supporting us by covering shifts in customer service functions such as online live chat, answering emails and phone calls, and responding to customers on social media. We may ask you to cover moderation shifts as well! The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and possess problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written, as well as reliable high-speed internet.
We are looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient, who can handle difficult customer situations and turn negative experiences into positive ones. You should be skilled in communication and able to work well with both internal teams and external customers.
In addition to customer service, this position offers many opportunities for growth in other areas of the company.
This is a flexible, work-from-home position, offering a pay rate of $16.00 – $22.00 per hour, with paid time off.
