Los Angeles-based IT Company looking for Remote Network Administrators/Engineers to manage the IT needs of regular clients throughout the LA area.

The full-time position is available.

• Must be comfortable troubleshooting problems in a Windows environment.
• Setting up routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, internet, printers, VoIP phones, and other office-related technologies will be required.
• Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtual Machines, Cloud Solutions, Backup Technologies, Mobile Devices and Mac Skills are commonplace.

This position requires engaging with multiple clients and different office setups while maintaining documentation for each client network. The ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously will be needed. You must be able to solve problems independently while dealing with clients by phone and email.

Outgoing & friendly personality, a strong aptitude for technology, excellent customer service, and relationship-building skills are a must. Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written are a requirement.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $100,000
